Excellent article. There have always been men of high intelligence and low social skill. Our education system has been a disaster for them. In our status seeking society, we have denigrated the tradesperson. This too has wrought undesirable consequences and obfuscated the dignity of artisanal or construction work.

Society should not pit men against women. It should be about finding our best selves in a world that validates us instead of using us as fodder for the culture wars.
